Timeline/Schedule

  • Phase 1
  • Phase 2
  • Phase 3

Phase 1 has been completed and is ready for occupancy. The four-story, 50,000 square foot building with an adjacent public plaza on the site of the former Albee Square Mall at Fulton Street (Brooklyn’s busiest shopping street), affords marquee retailers the opportunity to promote their brand(s) to nearly half a million buyers with an average income of $75,000+.  The first retailer to open is A|X Armani Exchange, who opened their doors in November 2012.

Phase II of the project, the largest retail phase, is currently under construction and will seemlessly connect to the current building, moving the project down Gold Street. Planning and design are currently underway for Phase III, the final phase of the City Point project. At completion, the entire project will consist of 650,000 square feet of retail.

With an expected completion in 2015, Phase 2 of the City Point project consists of 600,000 square feet of retail and 630,000 square feet of residential space. Phase 2 will serve as an extension of Phase I between Fulton and Flatbush Avenues.

Phase 3 is an iconic tower in the growing Brooklyn skyline. The planned residential tower will include 665,000 square feet of residential real estate to accommodate the growing need for housing in the Downtown Brooklyn enclave.
