Downtown Brooklyn is the third-largest central business district in New York City, after Midtown Manhattan and Lower Manhattan. One of the nation’s most exciting urban centers, Downtown Brooklyn offers a skyline populated with new buildings designed by world-class architects, newly landscaped parks and plazas and an entire district devoted to the arts. With its 24/7 vibe, it’s no wonder that Brooklyn is a magnet for the new creative class: entrepreneurs who dominate media, publishing, design and entertainment. With over $3 billion in private investments, including over 4,500 residential units and 1,000 hotel rooms, Downtown Brooklyn is the epicenter of New York’s commercial and residential development.
